Large Animal Internal Medicine and Veterinary Drug Legislation CALL 2026/2027
The research topic focuses on large animal medicine, veterinary legislation, and therapeutic approaches. In particular, through collaborations with competent authorities, technical and scientific associations, and private veterinary practitioners, it encompasses consultancy, training, and research activities related to the health management and treatment of large animals.
Furthermore, by integrating the research group’s expertise in veterinary pharmacology, clinical practice, and large animal therapy with the European and Italian regulatory framework governing veterinary medicinal products, the research topic addresses the following lines of investigation:
- Collection and analysis of data from veterinary pharmacovigilance reports;
- Training activities in veterinary legislation, drug management, and the prudent use of veterinary medicinal products;
- Design and implementation of clinical studies aimed at the revision of package leaflets for veterinary medicinal products;
- Development of applied research related to the use of veterinary drugs in large animal practice.
