Brief description of the P.h.D. project:
My PhD project focuses on the molecular effects of traditional and innovative therapies in canine and human cancers, including radiotherapy, PARP inhibitors, natural compounds, and targeted therapy. The present topic considers both in vitro and in silico techniques to evaluate cytotoxicity, protein-DNA interaction, chromatin remodelling, transcriptional regulation, cell cycle, and cell death mechanisms.
